Thai Boxing Classes for Beginners through Advanced (ages 12+)
Muay Thai, sometimes referred to as Thai Boxing or the "art of eight limbs", is an amazing striking oriented combat sport. Practitioners become proficient in punches and develop devastating kicks, but they also learn destructive elbows and knees too! You will also find highly effecive sweeps pulled from striking combinations, and learn best practices within the clinch. Muay Thai fighters require a high level of conditioning to be proficient in their sport, because of this, you will find this class will drastically improve your cardio, endurance and strength.
In this class, your coach will guide you on your Muay Thai training journey by taking you through classes consisting of intense conditioning and high rep volumes. You will develop your punches, kicks, knees, elbows and movement to become highly proficient. In no time you will see improvements in all aspects of your training, and reach your goals in strides.
